Construction begins for new residential properties in Dukinfield
Greenside View, a new housing development by Elan Homes, is set to launch this summer in Dukinfield, Tameside. The development, which spans 2.78 acres and boasts 33 new homes, is conveniently located near Manchester city centre, making it an ideal commuter base.
The first homes at Greenside View will range in size from 919 sq.ft to 1524 sq.ft, offering a choice of three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses. A small number of properties will even feature direct views overlooking the nearby Dukinfield Golf Club.
Local shops are within easy reach of Greenside View, and the development is situated in an area with a number of "outstanding" and "good" schools within walking distance. The majority of homes at Greenside View will offer views over the Manchester skyline and the surrounding area.
Ground works at Greenside View are currently underway, and the prices for the homes will be announced closer to the sales launch. Interested buyers can register their interest on the Elan Homes website at www.elan-homes.co.uk.
